Dr. Melinda Lam
I specialize in athletic injury rehab, women’s health & perinatal care.
I studied Biochemistry & cell metabolism at the University of Waterloo. I wanted to share my love for movement & exercise and the best way to do this was through rehabilitation and therapy. I trained as a Chiropractor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I am also a yoga teacher and strength coach.
In my spare time, I enjoy learning about the latest, science-based approaches to helping you reach your injury and health goals. I strength train weekly, teach group fitness & yoga classes. I enjoy walks with my two dogs Hamlet & Daisy.
